STUNNING Holiday 2015 Collection by Persnickety Clothing Company Shoot Post 1 of 3…. It’s almost Spring – but you can always get into the Christmas spirit. ;)

I am always delayed on posting Commercial photos – because after we shoot we can’t post for a long time as the client hasn’t released the images themselves yet…. This shoot has three posts since there were so many photos. Nothing like a Holiday shoot – if you know me you know I’m totally OBSESSED with Christmas – I turn my house into the North Pole…. and love every minute of December. These clothes are gorgeous by Persnickety.
Happy Halloween – I mean Valentines Day… check out these cute custom cards I made for Belle this past Feb.

I made custom Valentine Cards for my little Belle this past year – I had so much fun… she was the “Queen of Hearts” and wore this amazing costume by Ella Dynae. When I look at these photos I can’t believe how much she has changed since February!!! Makes me so sad. :( I printed them out and that’s what she used at her pre-school class – so cute!
I know Halloween is approaching but, “Happy Valentines Day” – since that is how far behind on my blog I am. I am trying to slowly post more and have my assistant helping me, so hopefully I will catch up one day, until then enjoy. xo

Magical Holiday Photo Shoot for Love Baby J Couture Dresses.
Holiday Photo Shoot
I love the Holiday Season SO MUCH! I mean, I think more than the average person maybe – I’m totally in love with the magic of Christmas, snow, etc. This was a fun shoot I did for Love Baby J’s Holiday 2014 Collection.
Sisters of the Dark Moon for Model Magazine
editorial fashion photographer
Loved doing this shoot in Savannah, GA for Model Magazine. I have worked with all of these models before so it is always so much fun to see models again after you know them. :) Delany, Jordyn and Morgan – they all are amazing. We did this shoot in the middle of the day – so it was very bright, it was fun to make it look dark in Photoshop. A little “darker” than my normal stuff, but it’s fun to change it up. Hair and makeup was incredible, my h/m artist, Charisse Miller always does such an amazing job.
A Polar Express Christmas with Blu Pony Vintage.
Children Fashion Photographer
I wasn’t going to do a Christmas Card this past year – I was so crazy busy I didn’t have time to keep up with anything, I would run from one thing to another, none stop working all hours of the night, all year… I had some big commercial clients that I started working for that I wasn’t expecting and didn’t want to lose the opportunity with, so worked for them as well as all the stuff that was booked with me in advance – so it was CRAZY, CRAZY.
On a Saturday a couple of weeks before Christmas, I all of the sudden just decided to grab my kids and go to the railroad tracks to quickly get these shots. It was FREEZING and they lasted about 3 minutes each – we got there a little later than I would have liked, the light was gone, they were cold and cranky, and I took a few photos each and we were done – BUT still got some really cute ones I thought.
I had the Polar Express idea sometime in November, a lot of my ideas just come in my head, I don’t try to think of them in most cases they just pop up there. Totally obsessed with Blu Pony Vintage – these clothes were half the reason I made myself get some photos for Christmas – I couldn’t resist.
Let it snow! Holiday Commercial Shoot for Persnickety Clothing Company.
“O Beautiful for spacious skies, For “Amber” waves of grain.” When I was younger I always felt cool that my name was in that song. 4th of July fashion photo shoot for Persnickety Clothing Company.

So tired, blah… in Las Vegas at the moment, and that really doesn’t have anything to do with why I’m so tired, mainly because I have been editing and shooting for a million hours in a row it seems. I feel like I can’t get on top of my photos – ever – but my goal is that by January maybe I can start having a more balanced schedule. Commercial photography caught me by storm a couple of years ago and I still was doing so many portrait sessions it felt like I had two jobs at once… so I think I can get a better handle on it now that commercial photography is mainly the only thing I do. I will still do a very limited number of portrait sessions, children portrait sessions, I won’t be offering any Family, Newborn or Wedding Photography in 2014, hardly did any in 2013 anyway, but will take the option off of my site, etc.
Two big highlights that have happened in the past 10 days – I shot the Fall 2014 Catalog for Persnickety Clothing Company AND shot Imagine Dragons during their music video filming directed by Matt Eastin and Produced by Jared Shores – was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G (that “amazing” word totally took too long to write with the dashes, I must be really tired.).
OH so this shoot, since everything I have written has nothing to do with the shoot below. It was for Persnickety Clothing Company, for their 4th of July Collection this past summer. The below photo, was taken separately for each letter, and a couple of letters I had to take two photos, half of the letter and then the other half, then put it all together – kind of fun, had always wanted to shoot with sparklers.
