Frozen, Frozen, Frozen!
Frozen, Elsa and Anna costumes
How could I have gotten through 2014 without doing a Frozen shoot… I mean really. And if it weren’t for this talented costume designer, Ella Dynae I wouldn’t have shot these. She does her costumes so tastefully and makes them exactly like what is in the movies, your imagination, whatever – she gets it. I was really nervous to shoot “costumes” I didn’t want them to come off as cheesy – hope I pulled it off. It was so much fun playing in this fake snow by Sno Wonder.

Squishy Harrison in a clean studio feel.
Utah Portrait Photographer
Look at this little guy, so cute. I love the simple white wood feel, I tend to like cleaner feels in studios with less props. Harrison is so cute, just looking at these photos makes me want to squish him!
Lauren’s portfolio shoot.
Model Portfolio Photography
Love doing portfolio shoots, so relaxed and so much fun. I love the look of Lauren, she has a different beachy vibe mixed with European or something, she can pull off lots of different looks and is amazing to work with. Her mom is an amazing stylist and we used fashion from Kokoblush.com, which will always guarantee some unique and modern fashion.
LOVE me some Awstyn – check out her portfolio shoot with me….
Model Portfolio Shoot
How much do I LOVE this little girl??? So much! I first met her a little over a year ago when I shot her for Persnickety Clothing Company Holiday Collection Shoot. She is the cutest thing ever! Her personality is the funniest thing, she makes me smile constantly while I’m taking her photos. We did this portfolio shoot before she went to CMM Top Model – and she rocked the runway there and won her age division! She had not had any experience prior to that – so fun! She is getting so good behind the camera, every commercial shoot I cast her for she gets better and better.
This is a portfolio shoot, where we give a model 3 different looks, one of my hair and makeup artists is there the whole time and and in this shoot we had an amazing fashion stylist, Lindsey Shores come and style her as well. I thought the purple would be different and stand out – that’s what I try to do – make you look! ;) Click here for pricing and information on my model portfolio packages.
A little spunk…
child portrait photographer
This little girl was so funny, I mean, sweet, beautiful and SPUNKY! I think you can tell from the photos. Another session from my trip to Atlanta.
A few spring and fall shots for Persnickety Clothing Company.
Commercial Children Photographer
A few shots for Persnickety Clothing Company, showing some of their beautiful clothes from SS13 & AW13… These were actually the very first photos I did for Persnickety and let’s just say it’s been a bit of a whirlwind ever since… a good whirlwind. ;) If you are keeping up on my blog you will see that from this shoot on much of time is dedicated to Persnickety – I love it though, I love their fashion, the people at their company – it’s great. Oh and “shout out” to Mare Mare (this is to see if you really read my blog, you know who you are).

My Christmas Card 2012
christmas card ideas
This was my Christmas card last year… lots of fun with fake snow. Actually let’s be honest, taking photos of my own kids is probably the hardest thing to do. When it’s just “mom” behind the camera, they basically don’t care enough to listen. When I photograph other kids, they listen better because they are trying to impress me. ;)
