A rare family photo session… but so much fun!
Okay, so I don’t do hardly any family photography – BUT once in a while I will squeeze one in. This family is so adorable – the grace that their mom has as she handles these 4 young kids is amazing. I thought she did great on her own dress too… do you like it? I LOVE!
My first shoot with Haute Baby – check out these photos for some fresh kids spring/summer styles… or if you just like looking at adorable models, aspens, sun glow and the mountains, that will work too.

I was so excited when Haute Baby out of Texas contacted me this past summer… it’s so much fun working with new clients, I don’t typically have the freedom in my schedule to add too many new clients each year, but when I do it’s a lot of fun. Their styles are super cute and SO comfy – my models didn’t want to change after the shoot!!! Check them out at www.hautebaby.com | Are you dying over these aspens? I love the mountains in the summer.
Squishy, adorable, want to take home… Carter.
This little dude was one of the cutest things I have ever seen – seriously, don’t you want to take him home? He was full of smiles and laughter, what more could a photographer ask for? I loved his Mom and Grandparents too… was such a fun shoot, hope to see him again soon. I am OBSESSED with the fireflies photo – and the one with the teddy bear and him both looking down from the wagon – love them all, but those two were standouts for me.
Persnickety clothes – I mean chairs, huh?
COLD, COLD, COLD – but amazing clothes in an amazing location… think vintage, red, black and a train.

I absolutely LOVED this shoot! Well, I guess it wasn’t the easiest, because…. it was 5 degrees!!!!! Yes – I can’t believe these girls shot in 5 degrees for me. Inside the train it was warmer obviously, but the fact that I got photos outside was unreal – the models ROCKED this shoot! This was for Persnickety Clothing Company’s 2014 Holiday Collection (which I died over). When I first saw the designs, I immediately thought of doing it on a train, it just seemed to fit and I think it turned out great!
Golden Field, Golden Horses and Golden Faces, well Red Faces, it was hot.

Well hello there, wait what – I’m back on my blog? Yep – another stab at getting caught up, we will see how that goes. It seems that when catalog seasons hit I get so behind, it is so crazy I can barely keep my head above water.
I’m so exited for 2015 – a lot of travel, but some amazing things happening! Can’t wait to capture some great images and continue to push my creativity and photography skills.
This shoot was done this past summer, I couldn’t post for a while because some of the designs by Persnickety had not been released yet… it was sooooo hot! It was 98 degrees and the models were dying…. still got some fun magical shots. Enjoy and keep checking back, I’m challenging myself to keep up on my blog for 2015.
If you like looking at my photos, I do post on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, etc. but my blog is where I post all edited photos from a shoot. There are so many that I have never shown until I post them on my blog, I would love your comments on here! xoxo

This photo shoot was a dream – when I saw these purple wildflowers at a favorite photo location I knew I HAD to shoot there – immediately! I texted three models and BAM – dreamy, stunning girls wearing Tutu Du Monde in some to die for photos.
